Many people want to know how they can help in Haiti. We have been in contact with our friends and missionaries on the ground in Haiti as well as many aid agencies locally and internationally and everyone is saying the same thing. The best thing to do right now, if you are not a trained medical professional or search and rescue specialist (both needed in Haiti especially if you speak Creole or French), is to give cash/credit card donations to the aid agencies who are providing the relief. There are many solid organizations doing this and you can choose any of the reputable ones, but you can also support the smaller grassroots efforts of those already in country.
