Greetings friends and family….

Time sure does fly when you are having fun!! I have 20 more days left in the CHI and I am taking in every minute with friends and enjoying the sites of Chicago….Just this past Saturday I stood in a line at a second hand store for clothes at Plato’s closet to walk out with 3 dresses for less then 3$ each!! What a deal, then I went to lunch with my, sista’ in Christ, Annika and her Mu at SAAWEEET Maples, then we went on a great tour of the Chicago River by Kayak, needless to say I fell in yes Calamity E, did her best!! Tipped over my kayak where three water taxis, two tour boats and one fisher boat came to my rescue. Annika described it as, “It is almost like being baptized in the really dirty Jordan River. An honor…yet gross.” LOL…But overall I had a blast…..

Then after that day it hit me I will be leaving in less then 3 weeks….I will be leaving this city and the people in it that have completely changed my life, challenged me on all levels, encouraged me, cried with me, laughed with me, got down and dirty with me, served with me, stayed up all hours of the night with me, loved on people with me, loved me, studied with me, danced with me, celebrated with me, broke bread with me, worked with me, learned with me, gotten angry over injustice with me…..I can go on and on….They know who they are!!!

But with all that said I am embarking on such a new chapter in my life I almost might have to write another book, a new journal, fresh pages with a fresh new look on this life that the Lord has blessed me with!! I am ready (i think, lol) to hit the streets of Coconut Grove, Miami and share this Good News through lovin on some people the same way I did when I was in the Chi!! I’m excited, nervous, scared…..you name it I am it!! But most of all ready to follow Christ’s leading in my life….

I ask that all of you PLEASE keep me in your prayers and memories for the following:

To Be used by God
Raising support
Packing and Moving
The drive to Miami
Meeting new people
